- Plan, organize, conduct and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Create and design various materials for digital and print
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
- Amend designs after feedback
- Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project
- Assist with video editing, website and social media content, and other digital creation
- Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary
- Daily routine support for Yayasan’s businesses
- Support and update online business platform such as social media, website etc
- Assist in preparing office facilities for use
- Website maintenance and basic knowledge management
- Supporting office and warehouse management
- Performs other related duties

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
