**Key Responsibilities**:

- Host live streaming sessions, engaging with viewers and building a strong online community.
- Promote and demonstrate products/services to viewers, effectively influencing purchase decisions.
- Close sales during live sessions by addressing customer queries, showcasing product features, and offering exclusive deals.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence during live broadcasts.
- Manage live interactions with viewers through chat and comments, responding to inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure live streams align with sales goals and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold the brand image at all times during live sessions.
- Monitor and analyze the success of live streams, providing feedback to improve future sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Malay (spoken and written).
- Well-groomed, confident, and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in live hosting, sales, or customer engagement is an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Passionate about products and able to engage an audience in a compelling manner.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and live streaming tools.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends or evenings.
- Full time - WFO and if Part Time work from home
