**Responsibilities**:

- Generally to be responsible for the recruitment of students to and the sales and marketing of the products offered by the Institution.
- Develop and propose marketing strategies for the achievement of business goals and recruitment targets.
- Manage the marketing and sales team in implementing the plans and achieving the business goals. This includes overseeing the planning, organization and implementation of activities related to the above, such as marketing and promotional activities, corporate communications and advertisements, road shows, education fairs, etc.
- Manage all aspect of sales/enrolment of students including handling all forms of enquiries from parents via tele-marketing, online and walk-ins in a professional, informative and presentable manner.
- Initiate and lead activities that will enhance the marketing and promotion of the school and also general wellbeing of the students.
- Participate in roadshows, education fairs and other marketing activities as may be required.
- Manage marketing communications activities for the school.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in sales and marketing of educational products.
- Experience in marketing communications would be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Applicants must possess own transport and willing to work in Nilai.
- Able to contribute innovative ideas and put marketing plans into action.
- Possess strong analytical skills, pleasant personality and good working attitude.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
