We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Admin to assist our company in executing digital campaigns, managing content, and optimizing marketing strategies. This role provides administrative and operational support across a variety of marketing channels, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage content calendars, coordinate social media posts, and monitor social media channels for engagement.
- Assist in the creation and editing of digital content (e.g., newsletters, social media updates, etc.).
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, assist with project management, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the development of new marketing strategies.
- Help with the management of customer databases and marketing automation tools.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in digital marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite.
- Prior experience in administrative support or digital marketing roles is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- 1 year of experience in digital marketing or administrative roles (preferred).

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
