Technician/handyman

- **Maintenance and Repairs**: Perform basic furniture repairs, change electrical appliances, and carry out minor renovation tasks such as paint touch-ups on walls, ceilings, and doors.
- **Air Conditioning**: Troubleshoot, repair, and service air conditioning units independently.
- **Power Tools and Machinery**: Utilize power tools and maintenance-related machinery effectively and safely.
- **Plumbing and Carpentry**: Handle basic plumbing tasks, carpentry repairs, and electrical fixes like changing light bulbs.
- **Fitting Repairs**: Conduct minor fitting repairs on doors, windows, and other fixtures.
- **Property Checks**: Regularly inspect apartment rooms to ensure they are in proper working order and carry out necessary repairs.

**Job Requirements**
- **Skills**: Proficient in general maintenance tasks, including furniture repairs, electrical appliance changes, and minor renovations.
- **Air Conditioning**: Competent in troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing air conditioning units.
- **Tool Handling**: Able to operate power tools and maintenance-related machinery.
- **Basic Repairs**: Skilled in basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
- **Fittings**: Capable of performing minor fitting repairs on doors, windows, etc.
- **Property Maintenance**: Experience in running checks and ensuring apartment rooms are in working order.
- **Knowledge**: Knowledge in aircon servicing is a plus.
- **Transportation**: Must have own transport.
- **Availability**: Willing to work 6 days a week with 1 rest day.
- **Travel**: Must be willing to travel between Georgetown and Butterworth, Penang.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
