Key Responsibilities:
**Receive and Process Incoming Shipments**:

- Possess basic computer skills with the ability to learn inventory software quickly.
**Organize and Maintain Inventory**:
- Arrange received inventory in designated storage areas.
- Ensure proper labeling and shelving of goods.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
**Prepare Outgoing Shipments**:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy and completeness before shipping.
- Label packages appropriately and arrange for carrier pick-ups or deliveries.
**Assist with Inventory Control**:
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Rotate stock and dispose of overstock or expired items.
**Coordinate with Other Departments**:
- Communicate effectively with purchasing, sales, and customer service departments.
- Handle inquiries and requests from other departments related to inventory or shipments.
**Document and Report**:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts and shipments.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute production and inventory reports as required.
**Data Entry and System Management**:
- Input and update information in the warehouse management system.
- Generate delivery orders, invoices, and other production-related documents.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of digital and physical records.
**Coordination of Shipments and Deliveries**:
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate transportation arrangements.
- Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on delivery statuses.
**Stock and Material Management**:
- Perform regular stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Assist warehouse staff in organizing, labeling, and tracking items.
**General Administrative Support**:
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and material requisitions.
- Respond to inquiries regarding production, inventory, and shipment details.
- Provide support during audits and inspections.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or willingness to learn.
Must have knowledge in excel.
Must be able to speak and understand English and Malay.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
