**About the Internship**:
We are excited to offer internship opportunities to talented and passionate students in the field of Marketing, Communications, or a related field. This 3 to 6-month internship program at Red Saffron Sdn Bhd will provide hands-on experience in live hosting and customer engagement, with a focus on promoting our Halal-certified products.

**Job Scope**:

- **Live Hosting**: Conduct live streaming sessions to promote Red Saffron products, engage with the audience, and answer their questions in real-time.
- **Customer Engagement**: Interact with customers during live sessions, providing product information, addressing queries, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- **Marketing Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for increasing viewership and engagement during live sessions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth knowledge of Red Saffron's products and manufacturing processes to effectively communicate their benefits to the audience.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Carefully wrap and package the products ordered by customers to ensure they are securely protected for delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with a live audience.
- Able to commute to the workplace on time.

**Working Days/Hours**:

- Monday-Friday (8.00 AM - 6.00 PM)
