**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESULTS / PERFORMANCE MEASURES**

**JOB SUMMARY (major functions of position)**
- To perform regular technical inspections on chiller, coolers and Air Handling Unit (AHUs) for commercial air-conditioning;
- To support the building facilities team with the daily routine checklist and follow-ups with tenants’ inquiries and requests regarding building’s air-conditioning issues;
- To carry out regular maintenance service and corrective actions on the commercial air-conditioning system;
- To troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to building’s air conditioning systems;
- To record on maintenance schedule, repairs and any necessary upgrades;
- To collaborate with internal team for any technical requests;
- To perform any other maintenance tasks as and when assigned from time to time.

**COMPETENCIES & POSITION SPECIFICATIONS**
- Have knowledge in commercial air conditioning including chiller, cooler, AHUs and Energy Efficiency Management system (EEMS).
- Strong understanding ventilation and commercial air conditioning system operations
- Prior experience within the commercial building with good knowledge & experience with air-conditioning system, chiller, AHU’s system would be an added advantage.
- Possess good work ethics and attitude.
- Proactive, detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team and to follow instruction while adhere to safety procedures.
- Able to work on shift basis preferably day shift and night shift.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
