Chauffer/ Driver

**Responsibilities**:

- '* Reports for duty and attends briefing punctually, wearing appropriate attire at all times.- Maintains a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- Safely transports General Manager or his guests to their destinations, provides information and suggestions when asked on what to do and where to go and luggage assistance.
- Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly and positive manner and is responsible for the highest level of service.
- Fills out the required logs and completes safety checks of the vehicles. Ensures that there is gas / petrol in the vehicle and that the vehicle is clean and presentable at all times.
- Responsible for the proper use and basic maintenance of the Hotel’s vehicle, all equipment and supplies, and adheres to cost control to reduce expenses and waste. Plans accordingly to ensure no unnecessary trips are made.
- Responsible for the safe operation of the Hotel’s vehicle and adheres to all applicable traffic laws.
