**Programme Structure**

This is an internship program of up-to-8 months, which includes on-the-job training and assignments. Those who are looking for an internship opportunity to get hands on experience in People & Culture are welcome to apply

We are a strongly integrated, high performing team whose members enjoy considerable autonomy, and in which you will be expected to take responsibility for significant projects, develop your skills and mentor other members of your team.

**We are looking for**
- Malaysian University students who will be able to commit to at least a 3 month duration
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyses complex issues, develop hypotheses and recommend solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English).
- Team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong coordination skills with an eye for details, thoroughness and timeliness.
- Able to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
