**Land surveyor**

**Responsibilities: -**
- Liaise with site team and subcontractors on the daily surveying works as required.
- Counter-check on the boundary stones and lines, establish sufficient TBM points on site, provide alignment, setting out and levels control as assigned by the site team from time to time.
- Establish field platform level and building alignment.
- Monitor the accuracy of the survey instruments and carry out calibration whenever necessary.
- To coordinate effectively and efficiently with the site team for all the works pertaining to survey.
- To provide peg for piling points and alignment and levels for the infrastructural works.
- To set out alignment reference lines and levels for all the respective architecture trades.
- Responsible to check drawings on setting out dimension and control level, highlight the discrepancies to the site team for necessary correction.

**Requirements: -**
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying.
- Good at computer surveying software and instrumentations.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Construction, Infrastructure Works and housing project related field.
- Must be willing to work outstation at Pengkalan Hulu, Perak.
