Account Assistant

1. Assist on handling of full sets of accounts and daily operation works of accounting department.
2. Assist to prepared financial statements on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard
3. Assist prepare reports for account receivable (AR), account payable (AP) and general ledger.
4. Assist on the making analysis and reporting of management accounts to ensure timely delivery of high quality and accurate financial data
5. Assist on preparing of treasury, budgeting, forecasting, financial plans, cost monitoring and cash management
6. Follow a proper implementation of accounting methods, policies and principles.
7. Assist for preparing the submission of statutory accounts and tax submissions, liaise with banker, auditor and tax agent
8. Prepare reports for day to day cash flow requirements
9. Assist on preparing of monthly payroll and utilities.
10. Assist preparing reports for revenue and expenditure variance analysis.
11. Assist to receive, input, verify and process AP invoices, expenses, utilities, monthly rental and etc.
12. Any ad hoc task assigned by HOD.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
