Are you passionate about tech and love connecting with people in the hospitality world? We're looking for a driven person to join our growing team at AxtionApp, a breakthrough solution transforming how hotels operate, train, and grow their teams. You’ll be on the front line, introducing hotels to a platform that’s making life easier for thousands in the hospitality industry and building meaningful customer relationships along the way.

1. Identify and reach out to potential hotel and hospitality clients across Malaysia and the region
2. Conduct product demos, presentations, and follow-ups with leads
3. Close sales and onboard clients to AxtionApp
4. Onboarding of new hotels to the system / setup.
5. Provide sales & support
6. Work with our internal team to customize solutions based on hotel size, needs, and training goals
7. Track sales activities, report on pipeline progress, and meet monthly targets
8. Attend industry events, webinars, or expos (as needed) to grow brand visibility
9. Engage and collaborate with trainers for the training programmes.
10. Educate clients about the full benefits of using AxtionApp (Tasks, Academy, 1-to-1, Relationship Score)
11. Collaborate with trainers and consultants to bundle software + training when needed

1. Experience in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality tech, SaaS, or hotel operations
2. Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
3. Confident in pitching to GMs, Hotel Owners, HR, and Training Managers
4. Able to work independently, manage a pipeline, and close deals
5. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
6. Bonus if you have experience working in hotels or hospitality operations
7. Fluent in English (Mandarin/Bahasa a plus)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
