1. The objective is to achieve the goals or target set in caring out the operation and
maintenance of the building.

2. To assist establishing the maintenance and servicing works specification for the
building.

3. To assist to achieve and focus on delivering innovative products, superior services and
high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. To ensure the building maintenance and facilities maintenance are carried out
accordingly to specification.

5. The responsibility of counter check all works schedule and checklist.

6. To carry out inspections and to supervise the service providers performance and report
to HOD accordingly.

7. To carry out any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
