As a **Service Crew Member** at Sandoicchi, you’ll be part of the founding team bringing our Japanese sandwich concept to life. Your role involves preparing sandwiches, handling customer orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare made-to-order Japanese-style sandwiches
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards
- Manage customer orders and handle basic cashier duties (POS system)
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist in receiving and organizing inventory
- Work as a team to ensure efficient service

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Friendly and responsible attitude
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a strong advantage
- F&B experience is a bonus but not required
