Ipqc Technician

_**In-process Quality Control Technician job scope.: -**_
- 1) Monitor Operations: Confirming the specification (measurement) and visual inspection to meet to the process requirement. Immediate report to the production in-charge when abnormality encounter.
- 2) Inspecting Procedure.: - IPQC inspectors will inspect, test and measure by using gauges, calipers or micrometers and some measurement equipment’s to ensure that all necessary procedures and products are inspected to a high standard.
- 3) Maintaing Records of Testing: - Quality records are need to be documented and storage as per requires by the Quality Management
- 4) Creating Reports for Superior/s.: - From the data collected from the inspection, a report and highlight the defective issue and suggesting improvements.
- 5) Maintain Compliance.: - IPQC inspectors monitor production areas, ensuring they meet health and safety compliance and check that all manufactured products are meet the necessary production standards.
- 6) Training.: - Require to train the inspectors and the operators to improve and control the in-process quality.
- 7) Assist.: - To assists any engineer to quick checking/inspection for new
- project part/sample part.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
