**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen.
- Prepare a wide variety of delicacies such as cakes, pastries, artisan bread etc.
- To prepare SOP for the production of delicacies for bakery department.
- Ensure excellent quality throughout desserts’ offering.
- Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
- Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately.
- Attend all scheduled meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
- **Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.**
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, production environment.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of working experience from any bakery with confidence of working independently
- Ability to work in shifts including weekends and public holiday
- Able to work at location Cyberjaya Tamarind Square

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
