**Receiving and Deliveries of Goods**
- Ensure all receiving and delivery activities follow the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Goods and quantities for delivery must match exactly with what is stated on the delivery order.
- Ensure goods are in good condition and report any damaged items to the production supervisor.
- Store stock according to the designated methods and locations while utilizing storage space efficiently.

**Driver / Assistant and Lorry Management**
- Plan and coordinate the daily schedule of lorry drivers and assistants to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Follow up with driver on deliveries to ensure they arrive on time.
- If a delivery fails or is delayed, inform the salesperson immediately.

**Office Tasks**
- Ensure all received invoices are updated in the system.
- Update the count of baskets, pallets, and trays in the system regularly.
- Review and sign off on credit notes.
- Collect and verify monthly claims, overtime, and drop points, and submit all documents to the relevant department.
- Check and review all records of in-out transactions, drop points, TnG (Touch 'n Go) usage, and fuel usage on a weekly and monthly basis.

Location : Telok Gong, Port Klang

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
