**Location: Main Office based in Tawau, Sabah**

**Preferred : Sabahan (Tawau)**

Performs a variety of general accounting support tasks including:

- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records;
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs;
- Compile data and prepare a variety of reports;
- Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers;
- Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies;
- Preparation of year end audit schedules and liaise with internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers, Company Secretary etc. For all the relevant matters;
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by others department;
- Responsible to prepares timely and accurate required report;
- Ensure that all matters requiring follow-ups are initiated;
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as prescribed by the Directors, Accountant or any authorize person to supervise from time to time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
