**Job Summary**

Supply Chain Admin clerks are responsible for tracking & managing the supply chain documents, maintaining the inventory levels, ensuring the stock ordering, and also the system operating & updating. This is to ensure the daily supply chain operation is running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keeping & tracking of onhand stock & monitoring on the re-ordering process for the stock replenishment.
- Ensuring the inventory distribute based on the customers' preferences i.e. color, variants, package.
- Data entry to record and track information about shipments, inventory and other logistics data.
- Keeping tracks all the data entry & compile the data to superior for daily & monthly reporting.
- Keeping track with proper filing system on the shipping documents, government forms/ letters, etc.
- Able to prioritize tasks and keep track of important information. This will ensure the important tasks to be completed based on the urgency.
- Update and maintain supply chain-related documentation and records.
- Prepare and distribute reports on supply chain activity as needed.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct superior as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management and distribution, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
