**Centre Principal (Preschool)**

**About the Role**
Love & Laugh International, a premier Islamic international preschool and infant care provider, is looking for a visionary and experienced **Preschool Centre Principal** to lead one of our flagship centers in Kuala Lumpur. As the Principal, you will be the heart of the preschool—leading your team with compassion, upholding excellence in early childhood education, and building a nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. This is a leadership role for someone who is passionate about developing both minds and hearts.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the preschool to ensure a safe, stimulating, and high-quality learning environment
- Supervise and mentor teachers, support staff, and assistant principals, promoting professional growth and teamwork
- Build strong relationships with parents and the community through clear communication, engagement, and trust
- Ensure the curriculum is implemented effectively, in line with the school’s vision and regulatory requirements
- Oversee enrollment, parent communication, and centre-level administration tasks
- Monitor and maintain compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations
- Work closely with the senior management team on quality assurance, school improvement, and strategic planning
- Champion the values and mission of Love & Laugh—instilling love, character, and confidence in every child

**What We're Looking For**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or principal role
- Strong knowledge of preschool licensing standards and early years curriculum frameworks (e.g., Montessori, Reggio Emilia, National Preschool Curriculum)
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to manage operations, budgets, staff development, and parent engagement
- Passion for nurturing children’s holistic development within an Islamic and values-based learning environment
- Fluent in English
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (additional management certifications a plus)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
