**Responsibilities**

**AC systems Installation & Maintenance & Troubleshooting**
- 1.1 Perform regular service as per monthly work schedule, troubleshooting and repairs on existing AC systems to maximize efficiency.
- 1.2 Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- 1.3 Install, maintain and repair all the AC systems as per instruction.
- 1.4 Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

**2. Documentation and Reporting**
- 2.1 Keep accurate records of all maintenance service activities and repairs.
- 2.2 Fulfill daily checklists as per work instruction and requirements.
- 2.3 Comply with service standard and requirements/requests.

**3. Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior/HOD**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Must possess at least SPM/Certificate in Mechanical, HVAC or Electrical Engineering.
- Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong technical skill and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work after hour, weekend, holidays with short or no notice.
- Willing to learn and able to work as part of a team.
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
- Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
- Possess valid driving license with GDL is added advantage.
- Willing to travel different sites throughout the day.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
