Bo Chargeman 11kv/ 33kv

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the HV transformer and switch substation to meet the statutory regulations, environment and safety standards.
- Responsible for the functioning, upkeep and maintenance / preventive maintenance of utilities such as electricity supply, air conditioning, air compressor, building maintenance, security camera and system, CCTV, access card system and water supply.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, suppliers and contractors in performing the electricity /mechanical trouble shooting and participate as key team member in responding to emergency situation.
- Lead and make a schedule, monitor and report to the H.O.D on the maintenance progress.
- Update on corrective maintenance after repairs.
- Ensure maintenance and repair of all electrical equipment and water supply system are performed in accordance to approved standards to minimize cost and equipment downtime.
- Responsible for preventive maintenance to minimize power interruption and equipment breakdown.
- Monitor and update the expiry date and renewal service contract agreements and renewal of all M&E equipment. i.e., Generator set, firefighting equipment, lift maintenance, air-conditioning maintenance, swimming pool pump system, etc and prepare reports for submission to superiors.
- Monitor and update the expiry date and the renewal of the licensing with relevant authorities for the generator set, firefighting equipment, lift maintenance, air-conditioning maintenance, swimming pool pump system, etc. and prepare reports for submission to superiors.
- Liaise with utility providers such as TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga and relevant local authorities on compliance with the regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Possess the 11KV or 33KV competent person certificate with Suruhanjaya Tenaga registration.
- Possesses sound knowledge in M&E equipment.
- Possess knowledge in technical SOP.
- Computer literate.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal) in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to multi-task, possess strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
