Retail Trainer

**Job Scope**:

- Conduct in-store training on sales, customer service, and SOPs
- Coach and develop retail teams across outlets in **Johor, Melaka, and Negeri Sembilan**:

- Support new store openings and onboarding
- Work with Area Managers and L&D HQ on training improvements
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback

**Requirements**:

- Min. **3 years in fashion or footwear retail**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in **training or people development** (formal or informal)
- Based in **South Malaysia** (willing to travel within the region)
- Outgoing, confident, and passionate about coaching frontline teams

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- retail assistant / retail staff: 2 years (preferred)
- retail / field trainer (fashion industry): 2 years (preferred)
