Responsibilities
- **Issuing Tickets**: Handling ticket bookings and managing reservations for customers.
- **Customer Service**: Providing detailed information about prices, availability, and travel details.
- **Handling Inquiries**: Addressing customer queries and resolving ticketing issues.
- **Record Maintenance**: Keeping accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
- **Coordination**: Collaborating with various departments for ticketing logistics.
- **Problem-Solving**: Resolving any issues related to ticketing promptly and efficiently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
