Responsibilities:

- Safely and timely drive the Managing Director to work and back, and to appointments.
- Safely drive the Managing Director's family members, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the MD.
- To adhere to strict punctuality at all times.
- To keep a travel log to record locations traveled to, travel time, and work hours.
- To maintain company vehicles by keeping them clean in running state.
- Responsible for the renewal of company vehicle road tax.
- To dispatch / collect documents and parcel to or from office, handling banking matters, etc.
- Responsible to dispatch out authority/statutory documents.
- Well organized, able to maintain punctuality, attendance and safekeeping of document records.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- High discipline.
- Having driving license, i.e., B & D2.
- Able to work overtime, on weekends and Public Holidays as assigned.
- Able to travel interstate.
- Based in Shah Alam, Selangor.
- Well versed with Klang Valley and Penang road.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Early shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Driver: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
