Job description

**Requirements**:

- Min. SPM or equivalent.
- No working experience required (Training will be provided).
- Energetic, pleasant disposition and positive attitude.
- Passionate for continuous learning and self-development.
- Able to work on shifts (including night shift), weekends and public holidays.
- Communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibility

1. Product Quality
- Ensure all staffs are in proper uniform including wearing nametags.
- Ensure proper greetings when, customers enter and leave the shop.
- Ensure suggestive selling especially, of promotional items.
- Ensure proper packaging.
- Ensure cash register procedures are followed.
- Report all complaints to your superior.

2. Cleanliness
- Shop must be clean and sanitary.
- Staff must follow cleanliness procedures, clean and sanitize hands after eating, toilet and clearing.
- Ensure fly catcher in working order.

3. Labor Cost
- Staff must always come to work on time.
- Control overtime.

4. Shop Control
- Know and enforce the shop rules thoroughly.
- Maintain and operate each equipment safely and properly.
- Maintain a list of telephone contacts or various services and emergencies.
- Always keep the shop safe for the customers.
