**Responsibilities**:

- Manage company’s social media accounts and calendar
- Planning creative content and updates on all social media account platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube)
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
- Assists in creating video for YouTube and TikTok both pre and post production.
- To better optimize the posts, have a basic understanding of canva, adobe, and video editing software.
- Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate social media content, including graphics, videos, and copy, to engage our audience and grow our following
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative social media concepts and solutions

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Communications/PR Business, or any related field
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent writing skills to create brand awareness
- Familiar with seasonal trends on the market/ social media including hashtags, emojis, and acronyms for better content engagement
- Being familiar with editing tools such as Photoshop/ Canva, and an additional experience with content creation.
- Have excellent level of creativity and analytical skills in analyzing social media metrics and identifying trend
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software
- Familiarity with social media advertising and targeting
- **Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm**:

- **Willing to relocate near work location (Mutiara Damansara)**:

- **Minimum internship duration of 3 Months**
