**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the Analytical Instrument Qualification (AIQ) in QC laboratories and production testing equipment.
- Responsible for the management of equipment in QC laboratory and troubleshoot, service or repair of faulty equipment to ensure that the equipment is functioning within the manufacturer's specifications.
- Ensuring the Preventive Maintenance schedule is in place and executed.
- Trainer for the equipment operation in QC laboratory.
- Monitoring of the quality of the purified water on total organic carbon, conductivity and other relevant chemical and physical properties.
- Assist QC Manager on implementation, maintenance and improvement of the laboratory management system in compliance with MS ISO/IEC 17025 and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
- Perform qualify risk assessments when necessary and participate in relevant inter-department quality risk assessments.
- Prepare, update and review relevant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in QC Department.
- Any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Science related.
- Familiar working in chemical and/or calibration laboratory with some mechanical/electrical/electronic knowledge. Preferably with a minimum of 2 year’s working experience in related field.
- Required skill(s): Good writing skills and good computer knowledge.
