A CNC Production Manager leads daily machining operations, overseeing staff, schedules, quality, and efficiency by optimizing processes, managing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety/compliance, driving productivity from planning to delivery using Lean/Kaizen principles and strong technical/leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor CNC operators; assign tasks; monitor performance; enforce policies.
- Production Planning & Execution: Develop schedules, manage capacity, ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate jobs for maximum efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Implement Lean/Six Sigma, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and document SOPs.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products, maintain quality standards, collaborate with QA/Design, and ensure compliance.
- **Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting**: Oversee equipment upkeep, manage repairs, track costs, and resolve technical problems.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Analyze production data, create reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols, maintain a clean environment, and ensure adherence to quality/regulatory standards.
- Essential Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in CNC machining, operations management, and leadership.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant field (often required).

Essential Tools/Systems:

- CNC Mills, Lathes, Swiss Machines, Routers.
- Data analysis, performance tracking, ERP/MRP systems.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
