**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, breads, and appetizers.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Operate tandoor and other traditional Indian cooking equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and daily specials.
- Ensure consistency in flavor and presentation across all dishes.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and provide guidance to junior cooks if needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Cook specializing in Indian cuisine.
- Knowledge of various regional Indian cooking styles (e.g., North Indian, South Indian, Punjabi, etc.)
- Familiarity with traditional Indian ingredients and cooking methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
