Assist the procurement and tendering of goods/works/or services as allocated in line with the Company’s policies and procedures to achieve business growth and ensure operational efficiency as intended.
- Reconcile and update data in SAP and Vendor Registration System. Correspond and coordinate on submission and assist in the preparation of vendor performance evaluation report.
- Responsible for safekeeping and departmental/vendors document management, filing and storage.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Responsible for the overall running of the store operations and inventory management to achieve productivity target.
- Assist the general store's function to ensure accurate upkeep of orders.
- Monitor all incoming and outgoing stock and record the movement of stock properly for accuracy of reporting and facilitate new orders where necessary.
- Count the inventory every month end, reconcile and justify discrepancies between counted quantity and system quantities.
- Clean the warehouse regularly to keep the environment tidy and arrange the stocks accordingly. Place the stock nicely and ensure the quantity is at correct amount.
- Keep the store condition neat and ensure the inventories is sufficient for supply to maximize the turnover.
- Ensure governance (proper authorization and signature) for the in-and-out orders, perform inventory check on regular basis and report when there is an insufficient of supply stock.
- Assist the superior to prepare the month-end stock report for ease of reference and reporting.
- Undertake other job responsibilities assigned by superior.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
