**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Provide service to customers such as arrange rack, replenishment and etc.

2. Order processing

3. Answering customers’ calls and provide accurate information about products and services, taking input of issues and company redressal thereof

4. Maintaining records of transactions and interactions

5. Identify and resolve customer’s problems and complaints by selection the best solution

6. Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction

7. Responsible for implementing and maintaining image standards and expectations as directed by CEO

8. Planning and developing merchandising strategies

9. Work closely with marketing and execute the design decisions of senior management with a sense of urgency

10. Monitor product movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs to maximize profit

11. Analysing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.

12. Collaborate with buyers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.

13. Maximise customer interest and sales level by displaying products appropriately

14. Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory of customers

15. Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

16. Remain up to date with industry’s best practices

17. Involve in doing marketing plan and proposal, organizing promotion event, planning promotion plan and etc. related to merchandising

18. Assist in the preparation of other processes as and when assigned/required by the Supervisor.

19. Ad-hoc Task

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Experience : At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

**Preferred Skills**
- Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent data organizing skill, specifically in excel
- Detail oriented, sensitive towards figure and numbers
- Self-discipline and self-motivated
- Ability to enjoy clerical and administrative work with good planning and numeral skills
- Negotiation skills

**Expected Start Date: Preferably able to start work immediately**

Location: Taman Teknologi Johor, 81400 Senai, Johor.
