Responsibilities:

- Consolidate IT Strategic initiatives monthly progress from various IT divisions and prepare monthly budget utilization charts.
- Assist in preparation of local & group IT budgets and reports IT expenses to group on quarterly and yearly basis.
- Assist in group reporting preparations and submissions.
- Coordinate, consolidate and taking minutes for Technical Committee meeting.
- Follow up on audit remediations and consolidation of audit artefacts.
- Assist in IT governance assessment and remediations.
- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years working experience in IT and/or Finance related field.
- IT and/or Finance related qualifications.
- Intermediate skills level with ms-excel.
- Good analytical skills and Detail-oriented.
- Strong coordination and stakeholders management skills.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work in ambiguous situations.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
