**Job description**

1.Lead outlet service crews to achieve Company’s monthly sales target.

2.Perform recruitment to hire outlet service crew including managing the manpower
in the outlet.

3.Train and develop outlet service crews to be responsible and independent on their
own daily work including the outlet daily business operations.

4.Monitor, analyze and control all labor and inventory costs. This includes reports
preparation and submission to ensure budgets are met or exceeded while quality
is maintained and improved.

5.Conduct frequent checking of the outlet assets, including facilities and equipment
to ensure the quality standards are maintained.

6.Provide solution(s) to resolve issue(s) that arise from the outlet. This includes any
complaint(s) from the customer(s).

7.Counsel and discipline outlet service crew when necessary.

8.Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food supplies for the kitchen, as well
as beverages to stock.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess Certificate/Diploma/Degree in F&B Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience preferably in managing F&B outlets & similar role in hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and be extremely customer focused.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Basic Knowledge in computer.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- F&B Management: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Food Handling and Typhoid Injection (preferred)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
