**Job Description**:

- Ensure product quality by reviewing blueprints, testing samples, and inspecting production processes.
- Approve/reject raw materials and monitor supplier performance.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and address quality issues with management.
- Supervise staff, implement quality control processes, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Handle recalls, analyze customer feedback, and drive efficiency and waste reduction.

Job Requirements:
