**1. Costing Support**
- Working with manufacturing operations team on product costing and update bill-of-material (BOM) in system
- Update and monitor new product code and selling price
- Update and monitor product costing on quarterly basis
- Coordinate physical inventory counts
- Investigate and coordinate reconciliation of physical inventory counts variances and resolve issues with cross functional department
- Develop and maintain costing guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure consistency and standardization across the company
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of costing data
- Report & investigate on variances encountered on monthly basis
- Maintain a comprehensive cost accounting system that accurately captured all cost data
- Verify movement & transactions (assembly & write off records)

**2. Fixed Asset Accounting**
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Ensure all capital expenditures are supported with approved documentation.
- Support month-end close activities related fixed asset accounting.

**3. Month end closing**
- Support month-end management account closing activities to costing process including month-end inventory reconciliation, inventory aging & sales reconciliation
- Preparation of journal entry for inventory adjustment
- Assist in preparation of tax computation

**4. Assist in cashflow reporting**
- Prepare weekly cashflow forecast

**5. General**
- Identify and articulate improvement areas across SOP and work flow

**6. Any ad hoc duties as required and assigned.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- related field for Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
