**What will you be engaged in?**

**As our new **Investigation Associate, **you will be in charge of the below**:

- Conduct Tier 1 investigation on any violation of SOCAR TnC;
- _Smoking event;_
- _ Late return or non-return cars;_
- _ Hygiene & etc._
- Assist the team in conducting other complex investigations.
- (a) Accident collision; _
- (b) Parts damage, stolen, swap & vandalism;_
- (c) Unusual customer behavior;_
- (d) other escalated issues pertaining SOCAR cars_
- Collate evidence from the available portals to support the outcome of the investigation.
- Impose charges and penalties following existing standard operating procedures.
- Communicate & answer to the responsible customer enquiries pertaining to charges that had been imposed.
- Liaise & work together with necessary department PICs to obtain missing or pending documents when required.
- Highlight to supervisor on unusual & suspicious activity.

- Computer literate with good Excel skills.
- Having 1 year of working experience will be an added value.
