**Overview of the Position**:
In this role, you will represent and promote the BEYUL brand by sharing our values, products, and mission. You’ll act as a trusted beauty advisor and brand ambassador, helping customers and agents understand and enjoy our skincare products. You'll give expert advice, highlight product benefits, and offer personalized consultations. You’ll also help with product launches, events, and training sessions to boost brand awareness across the country.

**The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative**:

- **Brand Ambassador**: Share product knowledge and skincare tips with customers and agents in a helpful and friendly way.
- **Consultations**: Give personalized beauty advice based on each person's skin type and needs.
- **Customer Support**: Build strong relationships by offering ongoing help and advice.
- **Events & Launches**: Support new product launches and brand events to increase visibility.
- **Workshops & Training**: Help organize and run beauty workshops and training sessions nationwide.
- **Content Creation**: Create simple guides and tutorials to help the sales team and customers use products correctly.
- **Other Tasks**: Help with any additional duties as needed to support the team.

**To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below**:

- Certification or diploma in cosmetology is a plus.
- Experience in beauty, skin care, or cosmetic products will be an advantage.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and advise clients effectively
- Excellent presentation skill.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Occasional travel may be required to support different branches or company events/activities.

- **Working days: Monday - Friday**:

- **Working hours: 10am - 7pm**
