Supply Chain Analyst

Demand and Capacity Analysis: Assist in analyzing demand and managing capacity to meet operational commitments without overextending resources, in line with IDM 2.0 growth scope. Data Governance Metrics Monitoring: Monitor key metrics, develop governance dashboards, and coordinate data governance activities to ensure compliance and consistency across operations. Process Improvement: Identify and advocate for process improvements by thoroughly understanding business processes and supply chain dependencies. Project Management: support multiple projects or programs simultaneously, handle multi-stakeholder engagements, and conduct budget and headcount planning, business forecasting, constraint analysis, inventory analysis, Plan/POR benchmarking, and maintain departmental indicators etc. Organizational Support: Craft and disseminate internal communications, including SharePoint updates, newsletters, OKR, to maintain a well-informed and cohesive team environment. Take diligent notes, document proceedings, and track processes. Analytics and Insights: Build analytics solutions to convert business and system data into actionable insights, address business problems, and support business strategy development.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's or equivalent with Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineer or Supply chain related. - At least 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Analytics environment. - Solid data analytical skills: master of excel, familiarity with Data Visualization tools (eg. Power BI) and AI/ML/Python. - Knowledge of logistics and/or overall supply chain. - Strong communication and influencing skills.

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
