**Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily warehouse administrative tasks and documentation
- Prepare and update delivery orders, invoices, and stock records
- Coordinate with drivers, sales team, and customers on delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock count
- Ensure filing and data entry are completed accurately and on time
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Experience in warehouse or logistics administration is an advantage

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm; Saturday, 9am-1pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
