Produce high-quality 3D drafts and visuals using software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Work closely with architects and designers to interpret sketches and blueprints into detailed 3D models.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications throughout the drafting process.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine drafts and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D modeling software to enhance proficiency and efficiency.
- Assist in creating presentations and marketing materials by integrating 3D visuals into project documentation.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of drafts, revisions, and final designs for reference and future projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimally a Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual representations.
- Prior experience in architectural drafting or visualization is preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing 3D drafting and visualization projects is highly desirable.

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
