**About our group**:
We are a global IT Infrastructure Operations team who round the clock, supporting the operation of worldwide IT Infrastructure compute resources.

**About the role - you will**:
Be supporting the team in the following functions:

- IT Infra Operations administration
- Day-to-day operations and administration of RHE Linux and other Linux distribution, VMware and Windows in global IT infrastructure Global VMware environment optimization and resource monitoring
- Work on the global server deployment for both Linux and Windows
- Establish and maintain security integrity controls
- Formulate and monitor policies, procedures, and standards relating to the global server
- Handling patching of server operating system through tools like WSUS and Katello globally
- Produce documentation for tasks completed, according to established standards
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments

**About you**:

- Effective administration and troubleshooting skills
- Proactive and forward-thinking attitude and creative problem-solving ability
- Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams
- Good written & oral communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Pursuing Internship (requirement from University/College) for Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer/Software Engineering

**Your experience includes**:
Based on academic projects/assignments
- Application of Linux, preferably CentOS or RHEL administration in your previous projects/assignments
- Knowledge in RHEL, Open-Source tools/services, clustering, and automation scripts
- Knowledge in Vmware and Windows administration
