**Job Scope: Cashier**

Sebagai seorang **Cashier**, anda merupakan barisan hadapan yang mencerminkan imej dan kualiti perkhidmatan Bumbu Babah.

Tanggungjawab utama anda termasuk:
**1. Memberikan Layanan Mesra**
- Bersikap ramah, sabar dan positif terhadap setiap pelanggan.
- Menyambut pelanggan dengan senyuman ikhlas serta memberi salam semasa ketibaan dan kepulangan mereka.

**2. Mempromosikan Program Keahlian**
- Menggalakkan pelanggan untuk mendaftar sebagai ahli.
- Memaklumkan mengenai kelebihan seperti diskaun 10% eksklusif untuk ahli.

**3. Mengendalikan Transaksi dengan Tepat**
- Mengurus bayaran tunai, kad dan e-wallet dengan ketepatan dan penuh integriti.
- Mengira dan menyerahkan baki dengan betul.

**4. Menjaga Kebersihan dan Susun Atur Kaunter**
- Memastikan kaunter sentiasa bersih, kemas dan bersedia menerima pelanggan.

**5. Memberikan Maklumat yang Jelas dan Tepat**
- Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan mengenai menu, promosi dan produk dengan penuh maklumat dan keyakinan.

**6. Melayan Pelanggan Secara Sopan dan Profesional**
- Menunjukkan adab dan kesopanan dalam semua interaksi bersama pelanggan.
- Bekerjasama dengan Pasukan Operasi
- Menjalin hubungan kerja yang baik dengan rakan sekerja bagi menjamin kelancaran operasi harian.

**7. Melaporkan Masalah kepada Pengurusan**
- Segera memaklumkan sebarang isu, aduan pelanggan, atau kejadian luar biasa kepada pihak pengurusan.

**8. Tugasan Tambahan**
- Bersedia menerima dan melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa oleh pengurusan.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
