**Position**: Occupational Therapist

**Salary range**: RM1,800 - RM2,300
**Industry**: Healthcare

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, client goals, and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with clients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team to establish realistic goals and priorities for therapy.
- Design interventions aimed at improving motor skills, sensory processing, cognitive function, and psychosocial well-being, with a focus on enhancing independence and participation in meaningful activities.
- Implement therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities and techniques, including therapeutic exercises, functional activities, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology.
- Monitor clients' progress regularly and modify treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes and address emerging needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team through written reports, verbal updates, and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure continuity of care and coordinated services.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Good communication, interpersonal and patient handling skills
- Able to work as a team member in a multi-disciplinary setting.
- Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
- Preferably with driving license

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
