- Tender administration including pre and post tender administration. â—
- Involve in tender evaluation, vetting, verification of tender documents and tender interview when necessary. â—
- To ensure that the tender is priced competitively and correctly. â—
- Reviews quotations submitted by Subcontractors. â—
- Taking off & coordinating with the QS Consultant for the preparation of a full set Bill of Quantity. â—
- Prepare and execute formal contract and producing of letter of award to subcontractors. â—
- Procuring miscellaneous works quotation and drafting their letter of award. â—
- To keep monitoring the jobs/project in budget, involves in costing exercise under specified works only. â—
- To liaise with consultants/sites to clarify queries. â—
- Prepare the Interim Valuation payment recommended by the consultant (architect, engineer) and prepare Final Account Statement. â—
- Preparation of Interim Valuation recommendations, Variation Order claims and taking off quantities. â—
- Responsible for ensuring that work done is claimed up-to-date, V/O submitted timely and profitably, and settled the final account. â—
- Post-contract administration which included: Attending management meetings, client/ consultant & site meetings, Cost comparison exercise, Variation order claim, Site inspection when necessary. â—
- Responsible for ensuring that subcontractor work done is paid timely but not overpaid. â—
- Coordinate pre-contract drawings and documents with all consultants. â—
- To undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by the Contracts Manager.
