TudungPoeple has terrific opportunities for experienced retail Sales Associates / Sales Assistants to support a successful local brand launch in the Malaysia market. To succeed in this fantastic role you must be passionate about tudung/apparel and be able to create an experience for our fans (both customers and team members) that is personal, exciting and creative.

Description Jobs:

- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering their questions, and resolving any issues.
- Share product information and styling tips with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
- Replenish stock and manage inventory levels as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Age limit from 18 to 35 years old.
- At least SPM qualification.
- Preferably with relevant experience & knowledge on sales especially on Fashion industry. **Equivalent experience in retail service**:

- Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints or issues calmly and effectively.
- Clear and effective communication both with customers and team members.
- Ability to upsell or suggest additional products to customers in a subtle, non-pushy manner.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa.
- Required to work on retail hours.Benefits:Food Allowance on weekend

Pay: From RM10 per hour
