**Responsibilities**:_
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Accepting payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
- **Requirements and skills**_
- Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
- Basic PC knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register/POS
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Must be able to work on shift schedule.

**Work Location** : Caltex, Mukim Tebrau ( Pasir Gudang )
- **Tanggungjawab Kerja**_
- Urus transaksi dengan pelanggan menggunakan daftar tunai.
- Imbas barang dan pastikan harga adalah tepat.
- Menerima pembayaran sama ada secara tunai atau kredit.
- Mengeluarkan resit, bayaran balik, pertukaran atau tiket.
- Menyelesaikan aduan pelanggan dan berikan maklumat yang berkaitan.
- Menyapa pelanggan apabila masuk atau keluar dari kedai
- Mengekalkan kekemasan dan kebersihan di dalam dan luar Kawasan.
- Memastikan rekod pengiraan urus niaga dengan tepat dan laporkan sekiranya berlaku sebarang percanggahan.
- **Keperluan Kemahiran**_
- Pengalaman kerja sebagai Juruwang Runcit atau dalam peranan yang serupa dalam jualan.
- Pengetahuan asas computer.
- Kebiasaan dengan peralatan elektronik, seperti daftar tunai/POS.
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan pengurusan masa.
- Berorientasikan kepuasan pelanggan.
- Perlu bekerja berdasarkan jadual shift.

**Lokasi kerja** : Caltex, Mukim Tebrau ( Pasir Gudang )

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
