Preschool Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create a Nurturing Environment**: Establish a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and loved.
- **Develop Age-Appropriate Curriculum**: Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- **Foster Social Skills**: Encourage positive interactions among children, teaching them to share, cooperate, and develop empathy and respect for others.
- **Individualized Attention**: Recognize and cater to the unique needs and learning styles of each child, providing individualized support and encouragement.
- **Communicate with Families**: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and development.
- **Ensure Safety**: Supervise children at all times, ensuring a safe and secure environment both inside the classroom and during outdoor activities.
- **Collaborate with Colleagues**: Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational community.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. State certification in early childhood education is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting.
- **Passion for Teaching**: Genuine love for working with young children and a deep understanding of their developmental needs.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- **Patience and Creativity**: Ability to remain patient, calm, and flexible in a dynamic and energetic environment. Creativity in developing fun and educational activities.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate with a team of educators to create a positive and cohesive learning experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
