Responsibilities
- Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer base.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
- Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Provide products training to salon staffs and runs promotional events.
- Build a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
- Work with sales team to ensure marketing plans are translated to action and result.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
- Submit sales, pipeline reports.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Salon sales manager.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Possess strong network of Beauty Salon and Spa
- Strong communication and team management skills
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Availability to travel as needed
- Highly Motivated.
- Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa Malayu
